Current Events: Sleep & Learning Reflection

Reflection: Write a reflection about your Sleep & Learning PSA on your blog

1. How does sleep effect your learning?
Sleep effect my learning in many ways. If I don't get enough sleep, I will feel drowsiness (sleepy) and exhausted. If I feel tired and I don't feel like doing my work in school, I will not learn anything and not be able to make any difference in school what's so ever. For example I have a test tomorrow and I been studying till in the morning, I will get a bad grade on test because my brain is not going to learn. That's how sleep effect learning.

2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?

I get about 7.5 hours sleep each night. I don't think this is enough sleep for me. According to the article, it says you should sleep at least 9 hours minimum. I do feel tired in the morning because I stay wake at night. I will try to sleep early now.

3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

I will try to change my sleeping habits or routines because I want to let my body rest and let my brain learn. Sleep not only effect learning, it also effect your health such If you stay awake, you will have black circle underneath of your eyes. I don't want to mess up  my learning as well as well as my health.
